Why Feast?

  Because every meal should be a communal celebration; a sharing of sensory delight.

I am passionate about food. I don't work in a particular genre, though I love the flavours and textures of India, and the varied cuisines of the countries surrounding the Mediterranean. I am never prescriptive and see clients with specialist needs such as wheat-free or vegan as opportunities to explore new ways of winning over even the most committed carnivores on their guest list.

The guiding principles are simple: Along with quality produce that is fresh and seasonal, love is the primary ingredient in creating any feast.
